Information Fund starts a new project


Project activities:
Conducting a two-day training seminar on regulatory impact analysis (RIA) for the National Chamber of Entrepreneurship representatives, NGOs and others. The seminar provides the essence of RIA and teaches the target groups to use this instrument in practice.
The collection of the existing proposals for public services improving (complaints, opinions on Internet forums, notes in newspapers feedback in the field of services, etc.). Collect different opinions and proposals to reform the public services sector.
RIA of proposals on improving public services. Analysis the financial and time benefits / costs of each option and select the best options for the provision of public services.
Transfer of the recommendations to the Akimat and Government.

Improving the quality of public services
Reduction of time and money to get public services
Increasing positive feedback on the public services
Active participation of civil society in the drafting of the public services standards.
